Day 16

OK, Mid point. I needed to lose 2-4 lbs to meet my mark. Guess what? I weighed in this morning, I weighed 170, yes 170. I lost my 4 lbs. 10 more to go. I could not believe it. I've weighed myself about 4-5 times today to make sure, 170 it is. It feels good, there for a while, I thought I was gonna have trouble getting past 174 since I weighed in at that same 172-174 for about a week or so. My energy is still good, this morning I drank too much coffee, didn't feel so good for an hour or so. But it subsided, now I feel normal again. I have to admit it has been moving along pretty quick and seems to be running smoothly. I get hungry every now and then as wishing that I could eat but my appetite is very different now. I get full quickly and don't crave as often. 170 whoooooohooooo!
