Day 13

OK so I am so behind on blogging. I am changing to a weekly blog so that I can keep up. My diet drinks are slim fast and a multi vitamin for AM, Tomato soup or other for lunch, smoothie for snack, and for dinner is tomato sauce with a soup cube mixed and heated. Plenty of water during the day.
So far my weight is floating around 172-174, depends on what time of the day. Yesterday I swam until I was tired, daily workouts on shifts. My energy is good, the mornings are sluggish but slim fast and vitamin kick in pretty quick. I still need 12-14 pounds to go, the 15th is mid month. I hope that I can lose 4 pounds by then to keep it on track.
I have noticed that a can of soup fills my belly now. When I first started, I was still hungry.
MY STOMACH IS GETTING SMALLER :-).
